YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the installation of hybrid towers.
- Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan review, training matrix evaluation, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements on site.
- Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and with subcontractors to ensure safety.
- Ensure that construction and installation activities follow HSE guidelines and influence adherence.
- Perform quality control and apply safety standards directly on site.
- Support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g., anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety).
YOUR PROFILE
- Certified qualification in occupational health and safety.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection.
- Proficient in HSE-specific software.
- Understanding of construction processes (materials, systems, and workflows).
- Knowledge of national HSE regulations and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Very good English skills; German is a plus.
- A driving license valid in Germany is required.
