Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental protection in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
• Conduct initial and periodic OHS training sessions
• Develop and update risk assessments for various job positions
• Prepare documentation regarding workplace accidents
• Create OHS standards, develop, implement, and verify required procedures and instructions
• Initiate and execute projects aimed at fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
• Organize emergency evacuation drills and first aid training sessions
• Ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements
• Prepare reports, summaries, and environmental fee calculations in accordance with legal standards (e.g., KOBIZE, GUS) and outsourcing arrangements
• Prepare documentation for obtaining environmental permits and decisions
• Collaborate with external companies on testing and measuring harmful factors
• Oversee waste management processes
• Conduct workplace audits and prepare reports and summaries for management

Requirements

• Higher education in a related field or postgraduate studies in relevant areas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferably within the manufacturing industry)
• Excellent knowledge of legal regulations and procedures related to OHS and environmental protection
• Strong commitment to promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness
• Independence and responsibility in executing assigned tasks, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
