HSE COORDINATOR



Your responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs.
  • Conducting regular inspections.
  • Providing HSE training to employees and contractors.
  • Investigating incidents and near misses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Developing and updating HSE policies and procedures.
  • Participating in risk assessments and hazard identification.
  • Monitoring HSE performance metrics and preparing reports for management.

Our requirements

  • Ability to work independently, act professionally, and take responsibility for assigned duties.
  • A teamplayer with a high level of dedication and passion.
  • Open-minded, good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as HSE Officer or similar role, preferably in the wind business.
  • It is an advantage if you have NEBOSH certificates or similar.
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation in Poland and Europe.
  • Experience in working at height and preferable having the GWO training.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • You must be willing to travel extensively and work on site.
  • Driver's license.
  • Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

You will be part of a dedicated, multinational QHSE team, and you will be located at our office in Szczecin and reporting to our Global QHSE Manager in Denmark.

To be a successful HSE coordinator, you should demonstrate a detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations and a strong collaborative attitude. You will divide your time between the office and our different project sites. You will be expected to visit all our sites to train our technicians and fulfil the HSE expectations of our clients according to the Frame Agreements.

KPIs

Short term:

Get RAMS approved by customer in time before project start.

Incident investigation done within defined deadline.

Make sure we apply the lessons learned.

Minimum visit all EU sites once and make site visit reports.

Long term:

Develop HSE documents in cooperation with Group QHSE department.

Perform HSE training.

Continuously evaluate HSE on site looking for ways to improve.
