Are you ready to embark on an exciting opportunity with a prominent energy companys fabrication team? We need your expertise as an HSE Advisor to champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies on-site. Your focus will be to ensure that suppliers adhere to industry standards while implementing the HSE framework effectively.

What Youll Be Doing

Enforce the energy companys HSE requirements among suppliers.

Evaluate risks and suppliers according to the HSE activity plan.

Provide unwavering HSE support to the internal fabrication team for enhanced safety.

Conduct thorough HSE inspections at supplier fabrication sites to meet industry standards.

Play a vital role in incident investigations, audits, and supplier collaborations for continual safety enhancements.

Keep meticulous records and reports of HSE activities, ensuring all details are correctly documented.

What Were Looking For

Possession of IOSH or NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate (Diploma would be a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in fabrication.

Over 10 years of expertise in QHSE management, including incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Familiarity with local health and safety regulations is a must.

Proficient in English and the local language.

Certification in Work at Height (e.g., GWO) and First Aid is essential.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
