The HRIS Workday Lead is a key member of the team responsible for the successful deployment, ongoing management and optimization of the Workday HR platform across Goodyear’s global footprint.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, bridging the gap between HR process owners, business stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate complex business needs into scalable Workday configurations and drive system enhancements that maximize value, efficiency and compliance across regions where Goodyear operates. Your expertise will enable smoother HR processes, streamline operations and enhance the employee experience for thousands of users worldwide.
