Your challenge:

Shared Services Center located in Skawina covers such areas as: Finance / Accounting, IT, HR, purchasing and supply chain management. The center provides services and support to all production facilities in Poland and few Valeo sites located in Europe . Currently for our entity Shared Services Center in Skawina we are looking for a HRIS Technical & Integration Specialist for our HR tool Workday and Cornerstone .

Your challenge:

• System Configuration and Maintenance:

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Talent, Recruitment, compensation, reporting.

  • Manage system integration s, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems.

  • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve system problems.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Project Management:

  • Lead and support Workday implementation projects and system upgrades.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Develop and execute project plans , timelines, and deliverables.

• System Optimization and Improvements:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.

  • Implement and test new features and functionalities to improve system efficiency.

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new releases, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Your profile:

• Experience with configuration and maintenance of Workday

• Technical support and troubleshooting experience

• Experience with project coordination/management/leading

• Ability to streamline processes

• Fluent English , Polish/French as advantage

• Proactive, pro-client approach and excellent communication skills
