Our client is a Scandinavian, pharmaceutical company building its Business Service Center in Warsaw. Your responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, integrations, and other HRIS solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical configurations in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level application support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in deployment activities: preparation, execution, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as configuration guides and operational procedures.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, DevOps, and analysts to ensure system quality and alignment.
  • Support the development and enforcement of configuration standards, practices, and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee external and subcontractor deliveries to maintain design integrity.

  • Skilled at translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to support, diagnose, and resolve advanced application issues.
  • Experienced in leading end-to-end HRIS projects, including managing upgrades and deployments.
  • Adept at ensuring data integrity, maintaining compliance, and documenting system configurations.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in partnering across teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Committed to driving process improvements and implementing automation within HR systems.
  • Familiar with applying ITIL4 practices in incident handling, change control, and deployment processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
