about-project :


  • You will act as as a key interface between the local HR Business Unit in Poland and global HR IT (GDS) teams. The role focuses on consulting HR stakeholders on corporate digital solutions, translating business needs into system requirements, and supporting the delivery and adoption of HR IT solutions. The person ensures effective use, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global and local HR systems.

responsibilities :


  • Act as the main contact point for HR Business Unit Poland regarding corporate HR digital solutions
  • Consult stakeholders on HR system capabilities and support demand collection and requirement definition
  • Coordinate implementation and enhancement of HR IT solutions together with global teams
  • Support administration and maintenance of HR systems, including user access and interfaces
  • Participate in system testing, releases, and change implementations
  • Provide user trainings and support adoption of new functionalities
  • Handle incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and support continuous improvement activities

requirements-expected :


  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors)
  • Understanding of HR business processes (e.g., personnel administration, time management, payroll interfaces)
  • Experience in business consulting, application support, or HR IT–related roles
  • Ability to translate business needs into system or IT requirements
  • Experience working in an international or matrix organization
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English required for work in a global environment
