HRIS Analyst – Krakow, Poland
Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer‑focused HRIS Analyst based in Krakow to join the Global HR Team. As a member of the Ansell Krakow team, the HRIS Analyst will play a key role in ensuring our HR systems are stable, well‑governed, and deliver real value to the business through accurate data, reporting, and process optimization. What will your role be?
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of multiple modules within the global HRIS landscape. This includes close collaboration with global HR stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure high‑quality system enhancements through effective testing, documentation, and training. The position also provides project coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily performance, stability, and continuous optimization of HRIS applications (including Oracle eBS and Oracle Cloud), while supporting new implementations, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Engaging with HR teams worldwide to gather requirements and translate them into clear design documentation and functional specifications for development teams.
- Executing configuration activities within HR systems and delivering meaningful reporting insights.
- Acting as a liaison with IT to coordinate and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Managing and coordinating change initiatives, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with vendors and cross‑functional teams, ensuring they remain informed, aligned, and responsive to business needs.
- Providing day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring business processes run smoothly and users receive timely assistance.
- Documenting business process changes, system enhancements, and application updates.
- Leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and OAT activities, including writing test scenarios, configuring test environments, guiding HR users, validating fixes, and communicating results.
- Training and mentoring end users and less experienced team members on HR processes and system navigation to build capability across the organization.
- Defining and promoting best practices, standard procedures, and process improvements across HRIS‑related activities.
- Providing project management sanity, ensuring timely delivery against project plan, stakeholder management, testing, training, communication.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years of experience with functional and/or technical support on HRIS.
- Experience with multiple cloud/non‑cloud HCM modules is a must, focus on Oracle eBS, absence and OTL modules on premise.
- Strong experience as functional analyst, application administration and/or super user in a global environment, preferably.
- Experience with Full‑lifecycle implementations (Define > Analysis > Design > Build > Transition > Production).
- Experience with Project Management Methodologies (PMBOK, Prince, Agile).
- Demonstrates extensive process and functional knowledge of different HCM modules such as for Talent Acquisition, Time & Attendance, Pay elements, compensation review, payroll.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of HRIS applications, including Oracle.
- Additional skillsets on reporting or automation are highly welcomed (PowerAutomate, PowerQuery, SQL).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
This role requires limited travel (<5%).
