HRIS Admin EMENA (m/f/d)

We are looking to support our team in Germany as soon as possible as an HRIS Admin EMENA (m/f/d).

Your Tasks:

  • Data entry and management:
  • Entering and maintaining employee data in the HR system (new hires, transfers, promotions, resignations, etc.).
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating records to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing transfers and promotions:
  • Updating records in the HR system SuccessFactors for internal transfers and promotions.
  • Ensuring that all changes in position, department and salary are recorded correctly.
  • Management of Terminations:
  • Documenting employee terminations, including recording termination dates and other relevant information.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Working closely with other departments in EMENA to ensure all personnel data is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries and providing information from the HR system.

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in human resources.
  • Initial work experience in data entry or human resources advantageous.
  • Careful and accurate way of working, high level of attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Experience in using HR software SuccessFactors desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data.
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Business fluent (written and spoken) language skills in German and English are mandatory.
