Job Description

As a Senior Associate, HRBP, you will collaborate with an experienced People Business Partner to align people initiatives with our organizational objectives. As a vital part of the Poland HRBP team, you will provide expertise to our colleagues in various HR matters. With the expansion of the HRBP team, this is a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR Specialist/HR Generalist who will closely cooperate with experienced HRBP.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  1. Provide HR Generalist expertise to individuals seeking resolution to all HR matters that arise including but not limited to performance and talent management, company policies, employee relations.
  2. Collaborate with People Business Partner, managers, leaders, and the broader HR team on developing and implementing various initiatives to foster employees’ engagement, satisfaction and drive high performance culture.
  3. Together with HR Business Partner, collaborate with Talent & Development and Compensation teams on annual performance and compensation cycles and be the first point of contact for leaders and managers regarding annual performance and compensation cycles.
  4. Work on Engagement survey results and support Regional HR Business Partner, leaders and managers in developing action plans.
  5. Collaborate with Poland HR Ops team, provide and develop HR and people analytics and reports.
  6. Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices.
  7. Collaborating on ad hoc HR projects.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Specialist in an international environment.
  2. Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.
  3. Higher education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  4. Very good knowledge of the Polish Labour Code.
  5. Ability to work independently and be flexible in the fast changing environment.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume of data.
  7. Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  8. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial.
