Ensure the project management and the support for all HR tools deployed worldwide either for HR teams or employees in order to guarantee the quality of the data used for the production of HR reportings
Participates in HRIS business requirements analysis, system testing and change management of system implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Execute tests and validate IT deliveries
Training HR team users on the new functionalities of HRIS systems
Maintain HRIS procedure records and user manuals.
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in performing human resource information systems (HRIS) support & implementations for HRIS applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing HRIS data and configurations.
Proficiency in Excel and managing data
B2/C1 level of English
Good communication (ability to convey and present information) and teamwork skills (be inclusive, demonstrates strong relationship-building skills)
Easiness in communicating with different stakeholders
