Responsibilities

  • Execute activities aligned with HR strategy on employee performance cycle.
  • Organise career committees for employee performance reviews.
  • Monitor cycle milestones such as GEDP NY, MYR, EY for exempt and non‑exempt employees.
  • Ensure correct and timely processing of data.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to support tool usage.
  • Consolidate and prepare supports for career committee discussions within established frameworks (e.g., courbes de Gauss).
  • Receive and submit registrations (e.g., retrieve training requests across perimeters).
  • Provide support to consolidate requests.
  • Extract and consolidate data to allocate budgets and costs.
  • Perform manual inputs in systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of talent activities (e.g., AMU training requests, attendance records, assessment history).
  • Extract data to support analysis of key indicators such as performance and development goals on the models of Smart and 70/20/10 in performance tools.
  • Receive and input reports in Power BI, SAP, and performance tools (Oracle & eGEDP dashboard).
  • Provide performance indicators.
  • Extract and analyse data to provide accurate information on status (e.g., completion of MYR, exit interviews, succession plan data, training budget & allocation).
  • Act as the main contact for users regarding tool‑related inquiries and issues.
  • Provide daily technical support in area of expertise (e.g., enter alternative approver in eGEDP, tick new exempt in system).
  • Track participation metrics for the Speak Up and VAC employee engagement surveys to support internal communications.
  • Prepare global and targeted survey result reports, segmented by scope, population, employment status, roles and other relevant criteria—following established reporting templates.
  • Update resignation tracking file, ensuring exit interview completion and communicating progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Consolidate resignation‑related data with all received documentation, and prepare studies and reports featuring quantitative and qualitative indicators, delivered three times a year across different employee groups or organisational scopes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Management.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong command of performance cycle and Talent Management processes.
  • Proficient in HR tools such as eGEDP, Oracle, SAP and Power BI.
  • Familiar with the administration of employee engagement surveys (Speak Up, VAC).
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and administrative procedures.
  • Mastery of written and spoken French with excellent language skills.
  • Organisational agility—able to manage multiple dossiers and priorities in parallel.
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and timely delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Service‑oriented mindset and collaborative spirit.
  • Strict confidentiality in handling HR data and full respect for GDPR compliance.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
