Customertimes is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to own and drive the full recruitment cycle for technical roles across multiple markets. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, build effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high‑quality hires.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for various technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies aimed at optimizing time‑to‑hire and improving the overall quality of hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create a clear Candidate Profile; proactively facilitate discussions to clarify missing or ambiguous points.
- Search, identify, and engage top talent using multiple sourcing channels; continuously explore new tools, platforms, and approaches to expand candidate reach.
- Conduct structured interviews with candidates of all seniority levels and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in the ATS, following internal standards (e.g., collecting and attaching feedback, tasks, forms).
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‑making and showcase hiring progress.
- Analyze labor market trends and prepare market research for different positions to support workforce planning.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, stay aligned with team priorities, and embrace a growth mindset in every challenge.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) level.
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets.
- Solid understanding of technologies, technical roles, and required skill sets.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (competency‑based, technical screening, culture fit, etc.).
- Experience in building and executing recruitment strategies to accelerate hiring.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of flexibility, proactiveness, and willingness to learn and adapt.
