We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist to support and develop HR system environments within an international organization. The role focuses on the configuration, integration, and data management of HR platforms, primarily enova365 and SAP SuccessFactors.
The specialist will participate in data migration projects, system integrations, and process optimization initiatives to ensure reliable HR data flow across multiple platforms. The role also includes providing operational support to business users and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee data within integrated systems.

responsibilities :
Configure, maintain, and optimize HR systems, primarily enova365 and SAP SuccessFactors.
Support system integration processes, ensuring proper data exchange between HR platforms.
Prepare, process, and validate datasets for data migration between systems.
Test and verify the accuracy and consistency of migrated data across integrated environments.
Monitor the correct flow of HR data between systems and resolve potential inconsistencies.
Provide ongoing support to end users and troubleshoot reported system issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within HR platforms.
Investigate and resolve data or integration errors related to HR system operations.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience working with enova365 (or Comarch Optima) in the HR and Payroll domain.
Practical experience with employee data management, including updates such as salary or address changes while maintaining historical records.
Experience with system integrations using APIs.
Good knowledge of data migration and data processing tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAP Data Services).
Basic understanding of API-based data exchange between systems.
Ability to monitor data flows and ensure data integrity between integrated platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and fix system or data errors.
Very good English skills enabling effective communication and work with technical documentation.
German language skills will be considered an advantage.
