What you will do

In People Services, you will help transform our business, the transport industry, and society at large.

The People Services Transformation team is part of the Global Centre within Volvo Group People and Culture - People Services organization. The team consists of 3 teams (approx. 25 colleagues) and one of them is a Global SuccessFactors Support.

We are an international team of SuccessFactors professionals who are responsible for providing assistance, technical support, and guidance on SuccessFactors to all Volvo Group users in 54 countries.

What do you bring to the team?

  • Hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors,
  • SAP HR experience is an advantage,
  • Analytical mindset,
  • Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
  • Exceptional customer service approach,
  • Fluent written and spoken English,
  • Proactivity: curious and always willing to find solutions to improve processes with a forward-thinking mindset,
  • Strong desire to learn,
  • Positive can-do attitude and high energy level.

Your Daily Tasks Overview:

  • Request handling: act as the first point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders for SuccessFactors process and technical-related questions,
  • Troubleshoot and analyze EC, ONB & REC technical issues,
  • Case transfer/escalation: youll escalate cases to specialized support groups as needed, ensuring theyre in good hands,
  • Direct user contact: youll have direct interaction with end users from all over the world both via the case management system and occasionally on the phone,
  • Update global process Work Instructions and develop knowledge content.
