What you will do:

In HRIS Operations team , we work as advanced system Key Users. As HR Systems Analyst , you will provide support in Success Factors, SAP HR, and other global HR systems to our stakeholders. We cooperate with all countries within Volvo Group as part of the Global Center located in Wrocław.

Team’s purpose is to perform the mass changes and reorganizations for the colleagues within Volvo Group. We prepare requirements for the Product Team and IT support team. In addition, we are the experts who advise how to support the customer needs in the best possible way and secure the correctness of data.

As HR System Analyst you will be:

• Analyze and support in queries regarding HR solutions related questions
• Troubleshoot errors in and between systems
• Participate in global HR IT projects
• Conduct trainings and transfer knowledge with team members and stakeholders
• Cooperate closely with stakeholders from various areas (ex. HR, IT, Finance etc)
• Monitor the correct HR system setup
• Care for the coherence of HR systems and interfaces between them

Who are you?

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity, proactive approach, and engagement
• Good skills in Excel
• Sense of humor and genuine understanding of how important it is to have fun at work!

It would be super if you have:

• Background in HR administration and/or HR systems support
• Experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors/Fiori
