As an HR Systems Analyst, you’ll deliver customer orientated solutions to ensure that our teams continue to be provide the best-in-class products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You will work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

responsibilities :
Building Workday solutions, identifying improvement opportunities whilst also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
Managing Workday upgrades and identifying opportunities to implement new functionality as it arrives.
Consulting with customers and advising on practices to maximise the effectiveness of our HR system solutions.
Arranging and conducting tests and ensuring our customers have the training and tools required.
requirements-expected :
Excellent, demonstrable analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience
Workday configuration experience (most preferred)
Extensive Workday end user experience
Workday reporting building experience
Experience of HR activities involving HR systems
