Provide operational support to employees, managers and HR teams within the Learning & Development area.
Organize and coordinate classroom trainings, webinars and online learning sessions, covering the full lifecycle: promotion, communication, logistics and participant coordination.
Keep training records up to date in the HR system and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external training vendors.
Review invoices and manage purchase orders related to training activities.
Contribute to additional HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in HR, business administration or a related field.
Strong interest and motivation to develop a career within Human Resources.
Confidence in working with HR tools, systems and MS Office; advanced Excel skills will be a plus.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
