Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administrative processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Higher education degree.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in Hire-to-Retire data administration for global clients (US, EMEA, APAC) is an advantage.
- Working hours: second shift (2 PM - 10 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Handle and support Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Process and conduct quality checks for Time & Attendance Management, Payroll Strategy & Management, Employee Data Administration, and Leave of Absence Management.
- Assist in resolving Level 2 and Level 3 inquiries related to HR transactions and recruitment administration.
- Escalate non-transactional and operational issues promptly, following established guidelines.
- Actively participate in process improvements, automation initiatives, and transformation projects.
- Address escalated concerns from HR professionals and managers.
- Support the Team Leader in training, daily monitoring, and resolution of escalations.
