Your Role and Responsibilities

In this specific role you will be responsible for administration of all EY employees data in Netherlands. You will be successful in this job when you keep in mind privacy and security of EY employees personal data as well as have the highest attention to time and quality standards. Moreover, it is all about relation – building meaningful and professional bonds with our customers, team members and superiors.

1. Your job will be to support a whole range of various queries from hire to termination.
2. You will also prepare contracts for new hires.
3. You will assist EY employees in HR related queries via email, chat, and phone.
4. You will process data based on system reports and with the use of automation tools.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills and attributes for success:

1. You feel comfortable and fluent in communication in Dutch and English.
2. Customer-oriented attitude and focus on communication skills is your strength.
3. Good Excel knowledge and excellent organization skills are also vital for this role.
