Your mission:

1. Responsibility for the timely and correct preparation of payslips for employees in various employment relationships.
2. Maintenance and administration of HR master data and transaction data in the relevant HR systems.
3. Active talent acquisition, talent management, multi-channel recruitment, and conducting qualified face-to-face interviews.
4. Modern talent acquisition and active sourcing, ensuring positive candidate experiences.
5. Communication with managers, employees, and external partners.
6. Implementation and further development of HR processes and tools.

5. Openness in communication with managers, employees, and external partners from Germany.
6. Conscientiousness and meticulousness in active recruitment of new employees at various levels.
