responsibilities :
As a contact person for our HR teams worldwide, you advise and coordinate data entry into our SAP HCM, contributing to the maintenance of global processes and data systems.
You support our local HR colleagues by capturing and maintaining employee master data in SAP.
You create regular reports supporting decision-making, ad-hoc reports, and analyses for all countries.
Through training and materials such as videos and presentations, you ensure that our international colleagues are up to date.
Additionally, you are involved in communicating changes, updates, and current issues to various target groups worldwide.
You act as an interface to other departments, such as IT and Finance.
You support the structuring and further development of global HR data management.
You actively assist in the design, implementation, and development of efficient solutions for new processes, data collections, and reporting.
You have the opportunity to contribute to exciting HR projects.
requirements-expected :
You have excellent English language skills.
You have gained initial experience in HR data management with SAP (HCM), SuccessFactors, or Workday.
You have experience in maintaining master data of global data in HR systems and understand the significance and use of HR data within a company.
You can adapt to a highly dynamic and international environment.
You possess good communication and presentation skills and have an independent and proactive working style.
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
