What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- minimum 3 years of experience in a people operations role, preferably within an international or matrix environment
- experience in the Employee Lifecycle, HR policies, and best practices.
- experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or similar) and MS Office suite.
- fluent in German and English.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships at all organizational levels and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Your tasks
- manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure that incoming requests are distributed and managed
- ensure that system standards, ways of working and workflows are followed
- keep tracking cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution in accordance with SLAs
- support the optimization of HR processes and workflow and look actively for improvement areas
- prepare weekly reports and status updates for the management team to identify potential risks, delays and process gaps
- actively engage with various stakeholders to create a great customer experience
