Our People Service Specialist will be providing HR People Services support for the organization. This role provides a broad scope of services to support the execution of human resources activities and processes. Delivers accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and delivers outstanding customer service to internal clients. Evaluates work requests and determines appropriate priority and resolution. Works with various HR functional areas to accomplish work goals. Come grow with us!

We are looking for HR People Services Specialist – level II.

In our dynamic and friendly corporate environment you will have the opportunity to work with an international team and practice your language skills on a daily basis when dealing with employees’ inquiries, working on HR documents or participating in various interesting projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Resolves complex HR inquiries from employees through case management, telephony, chat and appointment bookings
  • Ensures timely and high-quality service delivery, meeting performance and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Drives completion of complex, time-sensitive activities to meet deadlines
  • Provides policy guidance and advanced assistance on HR process navigation for employees
  • Is subject matter expert (SME) and partners with COEs and Stakeholders on knowledge transfer and process optimization projects to improve employee experience
  • Mentors and provides guidance to team members, creates / maintains training content (e.g. job aides, etc.), facilitates training sessions, and supports onboarding for new People Services team members
  • Drives compliance with global policy and labor laws, documentation standards, process and data audits
  • Identifies and solutions for trends or inefficiencies and contributes to service enhancements projects
  • Supports global HR Projects
  • Other HR Support as needed, including employment verifications and offboarding tasks

Skills Required

  • Strong command of English and German languages, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced issue resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and tools, including Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills

Education And Experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources or related field with at least a 2-year degree in Human Resources or a field applicable to the role, OR
  • 3 or more years of experience within Human Resources or related field with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
