Your responsibilities:
- You will be involved in operational HR processes as an integral part of the HR Corporate Functions EMENA team and will be responsible for the following areas:
- Support HRBPs Corporate Functions EMENA in daily administrative tasks
- Process end to end HR activities (recruiting support, internal transfers, employee exits) in alignment with your HR Business Partners
- Obtain works council approvals (job evaluations, trainings, promotions, etc.)
- Support HRBPs with operational tasks during reorganizations
- Prepare contracts, employee letters, agreements, etc.
- Maintain digital employee files
- Process purchase orders and support order management (e.g. SAP ARIBA)
Your profile:
- Completed studies, preferably in the field of human resources
- At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources
- Good knowledge of labour law, contract law, collective tariff agreement Metall/NRW
- Basic experience with German works council requirements
- High ability to work under pressure, customer- and solution-oriented approach
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally also experience with SAP/HR
- Business fluent (written and spoken) language skills in German and English are mandatory
