We’re looking for you if

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • English at B2 level
  • experience conducting recruitment interviews (telephone, video calls, face‑to‑face)
  • experience selecting candidates who are the best fit for our organizational culture
  • a strong focus on providing an excellent candidate experience
  • knowledge of how to create and publish recruitment advertisements
  • Experience in direct candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, direct search), preferably in the IT industry

It’s also nice if you have

  • experience in the IT industry
  • an interest in employer branding
  • a university degree in psychology
  • experience conducting periodic performance appraisals with employees
  • experience in conducting employee onboarding and offboarding

Contract options
