Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination: Manage employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards to improve efficiency.
Contract and Record Management: Oversee employee contracts and maintain accurate personnel records.
Attendance Management: Calculate and manage employee attendance in line with company policies.
Employee Inquiries and Suggestions: Respond to employee inquiries and provide suggestions for improving HR processes.
Policy and Process Optimization: Work with supervisors on policy amendments and help optimize HR workflows.
Our requirements
Associate's degree or higher in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, Sociology, or related fields.
Preferred experience in warehouse logistics or related industries.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and service orientation.
Proactive work attitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work diligently under stress with strong execution skills.
Proficiency in Office software; experience in copywriting, poster design, and editing is a plus.
