Fenige is a dynamically developing Polish fintech that implements payment technologies for merchants and money transfer systems within Mastercard and VISA payment organizations. Being a principal acquiring member, it offers acquiring (e-commerce) and international multichannel fund transfer services.

HR Specialist



Responsibilities

  • Managing employee onboarding/offboarding processes;
  • Handling ongoing administration and documentation related to the initiation, course, and termination of employment;
  • Recording and tracking working hours, vacation days, and sick leave;
  • Managing documentation related to the employment of foreign employees, including matters concerning work permit legalization;
  • Arranging and monitoring health and safety trainings and medical check-ups;
  • Issuing legally required documents and certificates for employees;
  • Entering and updating data in company’s HR system;
  • Ongoing cooperation with accounting office, transferring documents and data in terms of employee file management;
  • Verifying payroll lists;
  • Providing administrative support for HR department projects, including recruitment.

Our requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (HR/Recruitment);
  • Higher education: preferably in Psychology, HR, Administration, or Sociology;
  • Polish native speaker, English minimum C-level;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Polish labour law;
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
