We are looking for an HR Specialist who will recruit top talent, drive onboarding, foster a culture of feedback, and contribute to creative EB initiatives, while also efficiently handling HR administration and analytics.
Warsaw Hybrid/Onsite
Recruitment – actively source talent using non-traditional methods. Create engaging job postings and manage the process from first contact to final interviews. Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
Onboarding with a “wow” effect – ensure that every new employee feels welcomed and supported from day one, whether they are joining the company or moving to a new role.
Feedback culture – support data collection, analyze results, and propose actions that help leaders implement real, meaningful changes.
HR operations – oversee employee documentation, time tracking, and the flow of information to our external payroll and HR service provider, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Reports and analytics – create reports and analyses that become your tool for drawing insights and supporting HR initiatives. It’s not just about numbers – it’s about interpreting them and influencing key recruitment and HR metrics to help the organization make informed decisions.
Creative EB initiatives – contribute to activities that strengthen our employer brand, from internal campaigns and communications to projects that build pride and engagement among employees. Your creativity helps turn our values into tangible employee experiences.
HR projects – plan, coordinate, and implement processes and improvements, ensuring consistency and maintaining momentum throughout execution.
At least 3+ years of HR experience and 2 years in recruitment, including proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Premium, X-Ray Search, and other non-traditional candidate sourcing methods.
Comfortable working with both people and processes, balancing development and communication initiatives with efficient handling of administrative and organizational tasks that keep the company running smoothly.
Able to organize onboarding with ease, ensuring a consistent, well-planned, and welcoming start for new employees.
Confident in HR data analysis, capable of drawing insights, working with reports, and translating them into concrete actions.
Skilled in maintaining accurate employee documentation, time tracking, and ensuring smooth flow of information to the payroll/HR service provider.
Passionate about employer branding, bringing a creative approach to initiatives that strengthen culture and internal communication.
Curious about new technologies and eager to develop skills in this area.
Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.
External events – participation in industry conferences and specialized courses.
Time to learn - 60 paid hours per year.
