Social network you want to login/join with:

1. Recruiting – posting jobs, active candidate search, selection of applications, recruitment meetings, management of the process in Workday.
2. On-boarding of new employees.
3. Maintain / Administration of local benefits (Enel-Med, Multisport, cafeteria, etc.).
4. Dealing with all HR documents.
5. Maintenance of personal files of employees in cooperation with payroll company.
6. Checking the validity of medical examinations and health and safety training, issuing referrals for examinations.
7. HR IT SW - entering employee data into the HR platform - Workday / HR Master Data and ordering IT accounts and accesses for new employees.
8. Support in the preparation of company events (Team Summits).
9. Support with Employer Branding activities (e.g. job fairs).
10. Support in HR Transformation projects (e.g. Workday testing, translations).
11. Support leaders in HR areas / labor law matters.
12. Key user for all responsible WorkDay functional areas.

Requirements:

1. Polish on native level and advanced English.
2. Degree in Business / HR / or Related Field.
3. 2+ years of experience in HR preferably in an industrial company.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
