WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Coordinating of the employees employment process (documents, contract, H&S etc.),
- Updating HR systems - local and global as indicated,
- EB Strategy in the Region,
- Supporting employees in communication of processes (employment, benefits), preparation of salary certificates etc.
- Checking the expiry dates for medical health checks and H&S trainings,
- Supervision on time management system – checking accuracy and data correctness,
- Recruiting appropriate staff for CL business,
- Supporting conduction and coordination of trainings and workshops within given CEVA policy,
- Participation in local / central HR projects,
- Performing other activities ordered by the employer as part of the tasks included in the job description.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 2 years experience
- University degree
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of labour law issues
- Desirable: Communicative knowledge of English
- Accuracy, regularity, communication skills, can-do approach
