Join our Clients dynamic HR team in Krakow! We are looking for three talented specialists to join us inHR Administration, Payroll and Global Mobility. In your daily work, you will use Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors will be a strong asset. Previous experience in HR or payroll is a plus, but most importantly, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to learn and grow! What we expect

  • fluent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken;

  • proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel;
  • knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is a strong asset;
  • previous experience in HR and Payroll is a plus;

Your tasks

Depending on your experience and team, your responsibilities will include:

  • provide comprehensive HR and administrative support to the People & Culture (HR) team and business partners;
  • maintain and audit employee data in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
  • generate and analyze data reports for internal use;
  • prepare various employee-related documents and manage their queries in a timely manner;
  • serve as the first point of contact for employees, offering technical and administrative support related to HR systems and processes;
  • execute timely and accurate payroll and Time & Attendance activities in accordance with established guidelines;
  • consolidate and validate data for payroll processing and resolve inconsistencies by collaborating with internal teams and external service providers;
  • agree on the annual payroll calendar with vendors and communicate it effectively to all relevant teams;
  • continuously update knowledge on HR and payroll processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
