We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR Team at LU-VE. In this role, you will report directly to the Local HR Manager and be based at SEST LU-VE POLSKA, Gliwice, Poland. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration, including working with HR systems, time tracking, employee services, and coordination with external payroll providers.
- Support the HR team and employees in areas such as HR policies, labor law, development programs, and efficiency systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports, HR analyses, and professional presentations.
- Administer employee benefits and cooperate with external service providers.
- Collaborate with temporary employment agencies as needed.
- Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR projects from inception to implementation.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Proficiency in English (B1/B2).
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose and implement innovative HR solutions.
