Where Youll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite from 3 to 5 times per month in our office at Wielicka 30 in Kraków. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
What Youll Do
- Learning & Development Program Delivery
- Own coordination and support of selected local and global learning programs, ensuring timelines, content, communication, and learner engagement are effectively managed.
- Administrate LMS (LearningLab): create and maintain learning plans, curricula, events, sessions, groups, and manage enrollments and content uploads.
- Lead problem‑solving for LMS issues, ensuring a consistent learner experience and providing expert support to markets.
- Support logistics for training delivery, e.g., pre‑work distribution, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with L&D COE and market representatives to ensure effective execution of compliance, DE&I, and mandatory learning initiatives.
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets connected to LMS (LearningLab) and performance processes, including troubleshooting, guiding employees and managers, and identifying recurring issues for continuous improvement.
- Talent & Performance Management Support
- Support key annual Talent Management cycles: Performance & Development Reviews (Getting to Great), Talent Reviews, Succession Planning.
- Prepare, validate, and interpret reports and dashboards to support leaders in decision‑making.
- Guide managers and stakeholders on timelines, system steps, and best practices.
- Participate in data quality checks, scenario preparation, and insights generation for Talent Management cycles.
- Ensure accurate system setup and timely updates across Workday, LearningLab, and reporting tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert for LearningLab and TM processes for assigned programs or projects.
- Work closely with global COE teams and HR stakeholders to proactively align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and proactively on progress, risks, system considerations, and solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying structured problem‑solving and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and the overall stakeholder experience across Learning and TM processes.
What Youll Bring
- Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms (LearningLab preferred) and HR systems (Workday strongly preferred).
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and handling cross‑market processes.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data, generate insights, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Experience with Excel and willingness to use advanced functions (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
- Experience with Case Management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and managing employee learning queries would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex processes simply.
- Strong customer and service orientation with a proactive and solution‑focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and resilience when managing global cycles or escalations.
- Curious, growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
