We currently work with over 60 fashion brands and operate in more than 60 markets, with headquarters in the UK and local offices in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are currently looking for a person who will be responsible for substantive and organizational supervision over recruitment and HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of internal recruitment processes
  • Developing recruitment strategies and action plans to ensure the right candidates are available
  • Creating a positive image in relation to candidates
  • Participation in other HR processes and projects, e.g. onboarding
  • Cooperation with the Administration Team in the field of personnel administration and employee benefits
  • Keeping personal files and personnel documentation
  • Cooperation with an Independent Accountant and an external company in the field of payroll

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the area of recruitment and human resource management
  • Very good command of English enabling free communication
  • Working knowledge of labour law
  • Experience in using recruitment management systems is an advantage (e-Recruiter preferred)
  • Knowledge of additional ATS systems will be an asset
  • Good level of IT knowledge and skills (Microsoft 365 suite preferred)
