Your main responsibilities:
Timely and accurate management of HR requests, ensuring clients are regularly updated on the progress of their cases
Logging and categorizing inquiries in the ticketing system, and assigning them to the appropriate teams
Taking full ownership of client requests and effectively handling escalation situations
Actively participating in client discussions regarding processes and problem resolution
Providing professional support for incoming calls on the service hotline
Meeting assigned targets and consistently maintaining required SLA standards
Requirements:
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
Fluent command of German at the C1 level
At least 2 years of experience in HR administration
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word, as well as systems such as SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing platforms
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to anticipate client needs and take proactive actions
Accuracy and awareness of data protection regulations (GDPR)
Effective time management and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
Experience in direct client service and timely completion of assigned tasks
Minimum secondary education
