Our GBS center is an facility with a thoughtful and remarkable design and culture.# **We are looking for:**# **HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift) - Total Rewards**In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and apply obtained knowledge and skills within **Total Rewards** processes and policies. You will engage with various levels of the organization on numerous cases, complex audits, and reporting projects.This role provides comprehensive support across all brands and functions serving our team members, business partners, legal counsel, and others by proactively addressing their needs, queries and escalated issues.Additionally, you will contribute to the streamlining of processes and collaborate closely with the People Teams and leadership to ensure that services are delivered in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.**Main Responsibilities:*** Provide support to QVC Group team members regarding Total Rewards policies and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Total Rewards processes and policies, maintaining robust working knowledge in areas including but not limited to compensation, benefits and global mobility* Act as a primary contact regarding sensitive escalations, analyzing potential problems and devising solutions* Support Total Rewards functions through data management, auditing, reporting, testing, and collaboration with Total Rewards Partners. Participate in team projects where applicable* Maintain regular communication with vendors to resolve participant inquiries and other issues. Assist in reviewing, auditing, and processing data files. Monitor and report on observed trends and system audits* Engage in process transitions as per business requirements.
