What we expect

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, another relevantfield, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience from a leadership role managing mid to largesized teams,including responsibility for recruitment, development, task allocation, andperformance management.
  • Experience working with and improving People Experience processes; PX/HRoperational experience is required.
  • High proficiency in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with HR digital tools is an advantage.
  • Highlevel presentation capabilities and clear communication skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.

Your tasks

  • Lead, coach, and develop the People Services team supporting our business inGermany.
  • Build an engaged, agile, and servicefocused team culture that transcends countryborders.
  • Ensure highquality, compliant service delivery and a seamless employeeexperience.
  • Act as the escalation point, ensuring service levels and operational standards aremet.
  • Identify and address service gaps proactively, using data and insights to enablecontinuous improvements.
  • Collaborate across global, regional, and local PX teams to streamline processesand support solution adoption.
  • Build trustful, effective relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to theongoing PX transformation.
  • Be responsible for selected PX processes and activities (e.g., Global Mobility,Power of Attorney related process, PX support for Executives, Managementcontact for confidential matters, participating in PX projects as Teamrepresentative).
