Your tasks
- creation and Management of Certificates: Create standardized certificates for employees (e.g., kindergarten, vacation, work certificates),
- payment and Management of Flexitime and Bonuses: Pay out flexitime, check and pay out anniversary lists, and handle various bonuses and allowances,
- contract Management: Create and manage employment contracts for various employee groups (e.g., retirees, temporary workers, trainees, apprentices),
- insurance and Pension Subsidies: Check and process employer subsidies for private health and long-term care insurance as well as pension contributions,
- inventor Compensation and Company Sports: Record inventor compensation and manage company sports activities,
- company Car Management: Check company car entitlements, create contracts, and maintain data in SAP HCM,
- absence and Working Time Management: Check and process absence requests, implement working time changes, and answer questions about working hours,
- educational Leave and Special Leave: Check and approve educational leave and special leave (e.g., marriage, birth, relocation),
- data Maintenance and Document Management: Maintain personnel data, create monthly reports and statistics, and file documents in the digital personnel file,
- support in Case of Work Accidents and Secondary Employment: Report personnel data in case of work accidents and check and record secondary employment together with the HRBP.
