What we expect

• professional experience in a similar position,
• experience in creating certificates (employment reference letter),
• experience in German social security law, tax law, and labor law,
• proficient in English and German,
• good verbal and written communication skills,
• excellent teamwork skills,
• knowledge of SAP HCM, Aconso (personnel file), MS365.

Your tasks

• creation of certificates primarily in German and English,
• recording and filing relevant documents in the electronic personnel file using Aconso,
• handling the process of anniversaries, processing electronic incoming mail, and adjusting forms and templates,
• conception and further development through to implementation of the certificate creation process,
• communication (in German) with employees and managers, HQ Colleagues in the department.
