Inviting applications for the role of HR Senior Process Associate –Senior Process Associate- French-Hybrid Wroclaw.

In this role in the HR area, you will deliver high quality, customer-tailored service to employees, always looking for improvements. You will be a good team player capable of solving and consulting on complex queries within hire to retire HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based).
  • Handle HR inquiries from associates via email, HR cases, Workday transactions or phone/chat when required, in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support in oral/written interactions.
  • Manage tasks in HR systems (Workday, Service Now).
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for the assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies).
  • Establish and/or update process documentation (SOP, templates).
  • Maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Continuously strive for process improvements by identifying gaps and participating in improvement initiatives within own area of responsibility and sharing across the team.
  • Recognize root causes of issues, suggest solutions and preventive actions.
  • Take responsibility for other co-workers assignments in their absence according to your skills and qualifications (backup).
  • Act as a process specialist for other team members by preparing and conducting training sessions if required (cross stream, new joiners, backups).
  • Pro-actively share knowledge and expertise with other team members through work shadowing, trainings and coaching to the relevant extent.
  • Participate in projects delegated by management with limited or no supervision.
  • Work in line with defined Service Level Agreements and accurately use HR systems.
  • Complete mandatory trainings and assignments in a timely manner.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Relevant years experience in HR area
  • Fluent French (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
  • Good/Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
  • Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data
  • Maintains positive and professional attitude and sets an example of such behavior for other team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Strong logical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Other European language on B2+ level
  • Knowledge of Workday/Service Now
  • Previous experience working in Shared Services
