Join our international HR Controlling team and contribute to shaping and improving global HR reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks. In this role, you will combine operational reporting tasks with analytical responsibility and close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders worldwide.

How you will create an impact:
- Prepare, maintain and further develop global HR reports and dashboards
- Support the definition, harmonization and monitoring of global HR KPI standards
- Analyze complex HR datasets and provide actionable insights for decision‑making
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting cycles
- Build and improve Power BI dashboards for different stakeholder groups
- Collaborate closely with local and global HR teams, Finance and Business Operations
- Support ongoing projects (e.g., automation, digitalization, KPI optimization)
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and assist with system enhancements (SAP / SuccessFactors)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics, or HR Reporting
- Practical experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors
- Solid skills in Power BI and strong proficiency in Excel
- High affinity for working with data, systems, and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an international environment
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to present findings clearly
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus
- Proactive, structured, reliable, and collaborative working style
