In this role, you will act as HR reporting "go-to" person for the entire EMEA region, responding to questions and helping solve reporting problems and needs. You will also manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards. You will have the ability to turn requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across our organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Focus on ensuring the right types of reports are made available to the right audience.
2. Provide customized reports aligned with the needs of director+stakeholders.
3. Respond to questions on HR related issues via multiple channels (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system).
4. Build effective storytelling to support Arrow/HR strategy & provide valuable business insight.
5. Use of tools to improve visualization of data.

WHO YOU ARE?

1. You already have previous experience in reporting and data analytics.
2. You can work on large amounts of data.
3. Your previous experience with Workday is highly desirable.
4. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
5. You are a proficient user of MS Excel, including Power BI.
6. You have excellent communication skills.
7. You have an eye for details and great analytical skills.
8. You are able to work independently and cooperate with remote teams.
