We are looking for an HR Recruiting Admin with German to build the bridge between candidates and the company. Passion for people, prioritizing tasks, and handling pressure are key.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks in internal & external recruitment processes in German and English
- Perform system administration: create new positions, track candidate recruitment statuses
- Draft and post job advertisements
- Provide technical assistance to managers, helping them open new requisitions in the system
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (minimum C1) and very good English (minimum B2)
- Experience in corporate recruitment administration, HR, or assistant roles is a plus; candidates from other areas are welcome if willing to learn
- Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors is a plus
- Ability to independently prioritize work orders based on regulatory and organizational requirements and customer satisfaction goals
- Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, high accountability, and solid service orientation
- Completed higher education (last year’s students are also welcome)
