We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Mellon Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and assisting in the hiring of qualified candidates. You will be crucial in helping us build a talented and diverse workforce.



Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage a recruitment strategy aligned with the companys goals
2. Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media
3. Source candidates by utilizing databases, social media, and networking
4. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct interviews to assess applicants skills and qualifications
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends
6. Lead the onboarding process for new hires
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
8. Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
3. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
6. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
9. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
