HR Project Manager & HR Business Partner EMEAC
Location: Cracow, Poland.
Job Title: HR Business Partner & Projects EMEAC.
The HR Business Partner & Projects EMEAC role is a dynamic position that combines HR business partnering and project management responsibilities, split equally: 50% HR business partnering and 50% project management of key regional projects.
Reports to: Head of HR EMEAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a coach and HR subject matter expert, providing HR partnership across multiple EMEAC markets.
- Execute the Global HR strategic direction, leadership, and guidance in all aspects of people management.
- Collaborate with the Global HR Centers of Excellence and HR Community to ensure alignment with the business strategy.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including organizational development, workforce planning, and transformation.
- Partner with Shared Service Teams; maintain HR governance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulations, legislation, quality management, health and safety, legal, Code of Business Ethics, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
- Drive change management and support line managers in executing organizational changes.
- Manage critical projects supporting EMEAC commercial success: Nemo, Relfydess, Functional Projects, Process Improvement, Data & Analytics.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring flawless transition and alignment with the HR business strategy.
- Collaborate with the People Solution Centre (PSC) to standardize HR BP related processes across geographies.
- Create, develop, and support continuous improvement processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure project activities meet legal, regulatory, and internal HR reporting requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Consultancy experience (2‑3 years) followed by HR experience.
- Experience as an HR business partner highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into insights.
- High proficiency in project planning, organization, prioritization; meet tight deadlines; composure under stress.
- Effective team player with passion for positive impact.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- University degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Global mindset, ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
- Experience in multicultural environment, e.g., regional roles or overseas assignments.
- Great communicator with influencing skills; build relationships at all management levels.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
