Forge&Frost HR Consulting for the international company in the electroplating and electronics sector is looking for a:



HR Payroll Specialist

Location: Poznań (hybrid work)

Salary: 8 700 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

1. Payroll accounting services (time management, employee reporting and certification, company pension plans in Germany, and other insurances)
2. Creation, maintenance, and modification of HR master data, from entry to exit
3. Preparation of statistics and reports
4. Preparation of annual financial statements in close cooperation with the accounting and controlling departments
5. Collaborate on payroll projects and ongoing optimization of HR processes
6. Participation in external examinations, internal audits, and on the subject of SOX
7. Supervision of external SAP consultants and coordination with the SAP Competence Center

Requirements and skills:

1. Relevant work experience in payroll accounting
2. Up-to-date knowledge of taxes and social security in Germany, knowledge of labor law
3. High communication skills and ability to work in a team
4. Fluency in German and good written and spoken English skills
5. Ability to use payroll software, preferably experience in working with SAP R/3 HR and knowledge of MS-Office package (especially Excel)
