The HR/Payroll Analyst supports the efficient and effective delivery of Payroll and the HR operations service across the EMEA region (Poland, Spain, UK, Ireland). In respect of Payroll, the Analyst will support all activities involved in preparation, running and close of monthly Payroll for all countries within EMEA Region and will develop the knowledge and understanding to run the payrolls as back-up to the Payroll leads. In addition, the Analyst will assist with preparation and processing of employee benefits.
The Analyst will support transactional activities across the employee lifecycle such as preparing documentation, onboarding new hires, and processing leavers. The HR/Payroll Analyst will be flexible in approach, contribute towards a positive working environment, compliance with labor regulations and continuous improvement in Payroll and HR systems and processes
Working hours:9 AM - 6 PM CET
