Your role in the Team's Success

As an HR Operations Team Leader, you will lead a team of Global HR (Senior) Specialists located in our Poland office, responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations and cyclical HR projects for of 15 countries in scope across the globe. The key focus of the role is ensuring great experience and service delivery, with focus on improvements and simplification

What you'll do

Lead and Develop

  • Lead your team with a focus on continuous improvement and career development

  • Ensure high-quality HR Operations services delivery according to established SLAs

  • Drive high performance standards and advocate for your team's needs

  • Effectively manage workload and priorities through HR ticketing system

Deliver Core HR Operations for VIP requests

  • Process HR transactions in Workday across the full employee lifecycle

  • Prepare, sign and distribute accurate HR documentation

  • Maintain compliant employee records in our digital archive system

  • Provide timely advice on HR processes and policies to HR colleagues

Drive Excellence and Compliance

  • Lead and contribute to internal and external audits

  • Focus on process improvements, automation, and productivity

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems

  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics

Enhance Employee Experience

  • Identify and implement service improvement opportunities

  • Optimize HR Operations workflows for efficiency

  • Develop recommendations based on HR trends and employee feedback

  • Create clear documentation and knowledge resources for HR team

What you'll need for this role

  • Experience in managing HR teams - preferably in financial services

  • Experience in HR Processes and understanding of employee life cycle

  • Strong knowledge of Workday/SuccessFactors and HR ticketing systems - preferably ServiceNow

  • Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated environments

  • Proven success in process and user experience improvements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, flexible and adaptable

  • Ability to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and set priorities

  • Proactiveness in taking on challenges and natural interest in self-learning new things
